PALMERSTON N., May 29. in a verv complicated case in which. William Joseph Sklenars sued Frederick Robinson for possession of the racehorse Rangihaeata or its value, ±.4UU, as well as £220 winnings and damages £IOO, heard before Mr. Justice Chapman, the jury, after three and a halt hours’ retirement, found that plaintilr was lawfully the owner, and entitled to’ £4OO, the ‘value, and £IOO damages. Judgment was deferred until Monday for argument on legal points, the horse to he in the hands of the receiver in the meantime.
