DUNEDIN. Mav 31

Hie “Star” states that the existence of the Foui-millers’ Association will be decided to-morrow. All depends on one large South Canterbury milling firm, whose agreement expires to-day, which declares that it should not continue. Should this course be persisted in the Association will practically disband tomorrow.

CHRISTCHURCH. May 31. The secretary of the New Zealand Flour Millers’ Association, when seen to-day. stated that Mr. Henry Mood had been appointed chairman, and that the withdrawal of Mr. Evans and his firm would, make no difference to the work of the association, which would be continued as usual.
