Mails for Auckland close at 2 p.m., Ist June (to-day) per Squall. Mails for the United Kingdom and Continent of Europe via Monte Video and Tenerlffe, per Opawa, close at Lyttelton, Wednesday, 2nd inst., at 1 p.m. Money orders for places beyond New Zealand close 1 hour 30 minutes before the closing of the ordinary mail. In regard to places within the colony, money orders and registered letters close 1 hour, and parcel post parcels 3U minutes before the ordinary mail.
