THE ZEPPELIN AIRSHIP. COLLIDES WITH A TREE. United Press Association —Copyright BERLIN, May 31. The Zeppelin, after a 36 hours’ flight, collided with a tree at Zoppingen, and stove in her how. (Received Juno 1, 10.20 p.m.) BERLIN, June 1. Count Zeppelin travelled 900 miles in 38 hours, and descended to replenish his benzine. Flying low, lie failed to notice a tree. The aluminium framework of the airship was smashed for a length of 30 yards, and tho forward horizontal rudder destroyed.
