Minister of Home Affairs, Hon. G W. Fuller.

When the House met, Mr. Deakin announced the names of the new Ministry, and moved an adjournment to June 23 to enable the Government- to formulate a- policy. After a couple of hours’ criticism of the coalition and the Cabinet by the opposition, Mr. Deakin’s motion was carried by 28 to 22.

The Senate was counted out while discussing a motion to adjourn for three weeks.
