The naval review to be held at Spit’liead on June 12tli will exclusively comprise warships always fully mantied, always in homo waters, always ’fully supplied with stores as for action, and always under war training. The vessels will be anchored in seven lines, occupying 18 miles of sea room, and (will include 24 battleships, 16 armored ’cruisers, " eight other cruisers, four scouts, 48 destroyers, 35 submarines, and nine auxiliaries.
