ST. PETERSBURG, June 4. Tho German ambassador, with the military and naval attaches at St. Petersburg, will join the Kaiser during his visit to the Czar, off Abo. (Received June 4, 11.55 p.m.) BERLIN, June 4. J: The “Hamburger Nachrichten,” oom■menting on the. Kaiser’s visit, which the German semi-official newspapers ascribe to the Czar’s invitation, declares that German diplomacy’s duty is to drive further wedges between Britain and Russia, and smash the understanding between them wherever possible. The article concludes by hinting at the possibility of Germany assisting Russian ascendancy in Persia.
