PRETORIA, June 4.
The Central South African Railways Company is constructing 400 miles of 4i/ie in the Transvaal, and 60 miles in Orangia, at a cost of £1,600,000. MONTREAL, June 4.
The “Herald” states that the Canadian Pacific Railway Company is spending £1,240,000 on the enlargement of the terminals at Fort William, including new docks, steel freight sheds, and extensive cold storage.
