A meeting of representative Winton residents to-day discussed the Premier's proposed visit to England, and passed a very cordially worded resolution of congratulation to the Government, and particular!],* to the Premier, on the decision come to by the members of the House of Representatives yesterday. Tlie meeting expressed pride in Sir Joseph Ward as the representative of the district in Parliament. The*, motion concluded: “Awarua will watch your progress at Home, will share the honors conferred on you. and be ever ready to welcome you hack.”
