The Management Committee of tho Wellington Rugby Union decided tonight to play the Auckland representatives at Wellington on August, 28th. Taranaki is to bo asked to play Wellington at Wellington on August 4th. A lino umpire was warned off all grounds under the union’s jurisdiction for having had a wager on, a match at which he officiated. A player was suspended for rough play. THE ALL BLACKS IN AUSTRALIA. In the second half the Metropolitans had the advantage for a considerabletime, when the All Blacks got in some hot play, scoring several times quickly. On the whistle sounding, the scores stood: Metropolitan 28, All Blacks 18.
