SITTINGS IN AUCKLAND. (Per Press Association,? v AUCKLAND, June 11. At the Supreme . Court to-day a young man named Frank Tate was charged with having been improperly intimate with a girl under 16 years of age. It was mentioned that since the case had been heard in the Lower C-oiut the unfortunate girl had committed suicide. The accused was found guilty and remanded for sentence.
