Mr Keir Hardie says that if the South Wales coalminers’ lockout occurs the fight will not lx© for an eight-hour day and a minimum of six shillings, but for the nationalisation -of the mines. He urged the French, Belgium, and German miners not to* supply English markets during the struggle. _ • The Scottish coalminers have given y three months’ notice to- terminate Cob Conciliation Board.
