' After the dispersal of the British fleet at Portsmouth, the ships assembled for large manoeuvres in the North (Sea. (Received Juno 17, 9.35 p.m.) LONDON,' June 17. There are 350 British warships of various classes assembled in the North ‘ gea for manoeuvres, including 40 battleships, 27 armored and 24 protected Cruisers, 177 destroyers, 79 torpedo vessels, and 26 submarines. The “B!uo” fleet will -endeavor to prevent the junction of the '■*'White” fleet with the "Red” fleet, and to bring the “White” om:*% "Red” fleet to action, before a , jqwation can be effected. /
