CALCUTTA, June 17
'file Bengal Government has instructed the Commissioner of Burdwan, besides inquiring into the conduct of all concerned in the Midnapur prosecution, to note everything throwing light upon the existence of a conspiracy against the Government and on the persons involved, whether recently tried or not. the indications are that the Government- doespiot accept the High Court’s recent judgment as implying that no conspiracy -existed.
