ENTERTAINED AT HOUSE OF COMMONS. ADVOCATES LOCAL OPTION. United Press Association —Cofyrioiit. ' LONDON, June 18. Sir Robert Stout, Chief Justice of New Zealand, was entertained at luncheon at the House of Commons by members of the United Kingdom Alliance. He. remarked that the triennial local option vote would, if tried in England, do more for the education of opinion than the closing of scores of public houses.
