Miss Elsie Sigel is, considered to have been the victim of a hand of depraved Chinamen masquerading as converts to Christianity. She took pride her converts, and visited Chinatown, it not being suspected that there vas any danger. Scores of letters from white women were discovered in'the muiderer’s lodgings.
