A LARGE LOAN ISSUED. SECURED BY CUSTOMS REVENUE. United Press Association— Copyright CONSTANTINOPLE, June 23. Turkey is issuing a £4,282,840 loan at 4 per cent., with a minimum of 89) in London, Paris, Berlin, 1 and Turkey. It will he simply secured by the Customs revenue at Constantinople, Smyrna, Salonika, Beyrout, Adrianople, and Brousea.
