Chong Ling, a cousin of the supposed murderer of Miss Elsie Seigel, was kept awake for thirty hours. In examination he confessed that he saw Leong kill Mifis&eigel. He also admitted he had lent Leong £SO. The police contend that the money was lent for the purpose of enabling Leong t-o escape.
