RESIGNATION OF TWO MINISTERS ’ ILL-HEALTH THE ALLEGED : CAUSE. (Received June 27, 5.5 p.m.) i LONDON, June 26. Lord Edmond Fitzmaurice and Mr. T. R. Buchanan, on the ground of illhealth, have resigned the Chancellorship of the Duchy of Lancaster and the Under-Secrotaryship for India, respectively. Mr. Herbert Samuel succeeds to the former, and the Master of Elibank to the latter position. , f
