SHEEP BREEDERS’ SHOW.
RECORD ENTRIES. A NEW ZEALAND PRIZE WINNER. United Press Association —Copyright SYDNEY, June 30. For the Sheep Breeders’ show there were record entries, nearly 900, compared with 584 last year. The increase 'is most noticeable in British breeds. Mr John Nixon (Canterbury) secured the champion for Border Leicester ram under two years and over one year. Mr Douthwaite secured one first and two second prizes for Border Leicester rams and :two thirds for ewes. Mr Nixon took three seconds for Border Leicester rams and three thirds for iewes.
