GENERAL FRENCH’S REPORT. HIGHLY EFFICIENT ATD WELL PREPARED.. United Press Association—Copyright LONDON, June 30. General French’s report states that the army is highly efficient and well prepared to take the field at the -shortest notice. Tables show that since -1905 there has been an increase of 110,000 officers and men liable for service abroad.
