Messrs Douglas Bros., of the Strand Cafe, advertise that they are prepared to purchase Elio’s, Caper, and Mellin’s Food bottles in any quantity. Mr. J. Sigley, bookseller and stationer, is soiling his stock at reduced prices in order to clear quickly. ; Mr. C. Hawkins, draper, is offering special prices in ladies’ jackets and furs at his stocktaking sale. Mr. Edward Ling announces, by advertisement, that lie has cabbage, cauliflower, -and onion plants for sale. Orders may be left with Messrs Pool and Son, Gladstone Road. The whole of the 1 stock-in-trade in the estate, of W. J. M. Attwood, will be sold on the —uuises by Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co., auctioneers, on Tuesdav next., at 1.30 p.m. Messrs Malcolm and -0., auctioneers, hold a sale of poultry, fruit, and produce at 11 o’clock this morning, and will conduct an important sale of furniture at 2 o’e’oek this afternoon.
