ARRIVAL AT COLOMBO. [Per V rkrs Association.! WELLINGTON, JuTy 8... The Hon. J. Carroll, Acting-Premier, received a cable message from Sir Joseph Ward, stating that he and his party arrived at Colombo all well. They were met on arrival by the representatives of the Governor, and will be his guests during their stay of two days at Colombo.
