OPTIONAL AND PREFERENTIAL VOTING. BILL INTRODUCED IN NEW SOUTH WALES’ PARLIAMENT. SYDNEY, July 10. A Bill introduced into the State Parliament provides for optional and preferential voting, enrolment‘by canvass similar to the Fedoral rolls, and abandonment of the property vote.
