Mr. C. Buscko, estate agent, advertises two desirable town properties for sale. Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co. will hold an unreserved auction of 200 lots of fruit' trees, shrubs, etc., at their mart at 1.30 p.m. to-day. Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co. also announce an extensive sale of household furniture and effects, to be sold without reserve to-day and to-morrow, at their mart. The lvia Ora Co-operative Dairying Co. is advertising for a secretary. An advertiser wishes to rent a' furnished cottage., on or near the beach, for two or three weeks. An advertiser wants a capable man to milk, garden, and make himself generally useful. A reward is offered for the return of a lost gold-bar brooch, with opal, to boreturned to the "Times’ ! office;.
