Sir Edward Morris, Premier of Newfoundland, interviewed in London, stated that Newfoundland could have 1000 trained .reserve men ready at 24 hours’ notice to go aboard a Dreadnought. The “Times” Ottawa correspondent reports that the Imperial Army Council has offered to Canadian medical graduates two commissions annually in tilie Royal Army Medical Corps.
