The award of the President of Argentine, (requiring Bolivia to restore to Peru a portion of the territory which the former sojd in 1907 to Brazil for £2,000,000 -sterling, led to disturbances at La Paz. A mob attacked the Argentine legation, which, with the Peruvian legation, is now strongly guarded. Reuter’s correspondent- states that the new frontier follows largely the 69th degree of longitude.
