PROPOSED BUREAU IN PARIS.
SUGGESTION BY BRITISH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE. United Press Association-- i opykight (Received July 13, 10.20 p.m.) PARIS, July 13. The British Chamber of Commerce in Paris has offered to open, in connection with its offices, a 'small Australian bureau for the supply of official information, to vise bills of lading and certificates, seek reductions in French duties, and distribute hand books. 'The initial annual cost of the scheme to the Australian States will not exceed £SOO sterling. The Hon. T. A. Coghlan (AgentGeneral for New' South Wales), and Sir Horace Tozer (Agent-General for Queensland) discussed the matter with the Chamber on behalf of the -Committee of Agents-GeneraL
