Arabindo Ghose is inciting the Bengalis to assemble in tens of thousands to celebrate the. anniversary of the boycott, on August 7. Reuter’s Simla correspondent states that seditious .printing by the native press has practically ceased in India, but the Government has frequently called Lord Morley’s attention to India House, whence dangerous pamphlets are issued, causing the utmost mischief.
