GISBORNE CLUB. Should the weather he favorable, play is to be resumed on the Gisborne Club’s green this afternoon. The match in the Martin medals competition, between T. Corson’s and F. A. Martin’s rinks, is to do played off. TURANGANUI CLUB. The offer of the Turanganui Bowling Club to lease a portion of the reserve adjoining their present green, for a term of 14 years, was accepted by the Borough Council last night. •' The recently elected committee of the Turanganui Club meet at the Record Reign Hotel at 7 o’clock to-mor-row night, when sub-committees for the ensuing season will be appointed. A number of other matters dealing with improvements to the green will also be' dealt with.
