Six members did not vote, including four Ministerialists. {Received July 17, 1.5 a.m.) There was a squabble at the end of the censure debate over the Government refusing to pay for the Opposition’s refreshments and cabs in connection with the lato sittings. The House has adjourned till Tuesday.
