Krishnavarma, in a letter! to the “Times,” declares that he had no connection with Sir William Wyllio’s murder, hut frankly admits that he approves of the deed, and considers its author a martyr in the cause of Indian independence. [Krislinavarma is the leader of the disaffected Indians in Europe. At present he is keeping out of the reach of the British police in Paris.]
