A conference of the Miners’ Federation! Scotland, resolved to-day that notice he given in tall districts to. terminate contracts, and cease work at the end of August; also to support the Scottish miners, to the extent of 10s weekly during the preliminary stoppage. ■ The ballot .of members shows 518,261 in favor, of a general stoppage of work, and 62,980 . against.
