PRODUCE MARKETS. Messrs F. S. Malcolm and Co., auctioneers, report the following prices realised at their produce sale on Saturday : Fowls Is 8d to 2s 3d, ducks 2s 3d, turkeys 3s 6d to ss, eggs Is doz., butter lid, onions 7s cwt.. potatoes 7s cwt., pears 3s 6d half case, oranges Ss case, lemons 6d doz., cabbages Is to Is 9d doz., pumpkins 2s 9d sack, melons 3s Cd doz.. small vegetables at usual prices. A successful sale of furniture was also held. HORSE SALES. Messrs. Williams and Kettle yarded about 20 horses at their weekly sale on Saturday. There was only a moderate demand, a few hacks selling atfrom £3 to £lO. SHEEPSKIN SALE. United Press Association —Copyright LONDON, July 30. At the sheepskin sale there was alarge attendance and excellent competition. There were 6248 hurdles offered, and the bulk of them sold. The prices for the best lots of nine crossbreds and merinos were fully equal to that of the June sales, and occasionally dearer. Low crossbreds and poor pelts were about a farthing cheaper.
