SHOCKS LAST 14 HOURS. TIDAL WAVE SWEEPS AWAY PEOPLE. United Press Association— Copyright MEXICO, August 1. The earthquakes shock in Mexico lasted for 14 hours. They were renewed yesterday. All tho churches at Acapulco, also tho buildings on the water front, collapsed on Friday. A tidal wave came simultaneously with an earthquake, sweeping away the inmates.
