AN ENGINEER’S CERTIFICATE SUSPENDED.
[Pen Piskss Association.] , CHRISTCHURCH, August 3. At a Nautical Court at Lyttelton today, Air. AY. R. Ilaselden, S.AI., with Captain Sooullar and Air. AY. L. Le Cron (assessors) found that . all the charges of drunkenness against J. Bradbury, ex-chief engineer of the s.s. Storm, were proved, and recommended that tho certificate of competency, No. 789, held by him as second-class "engineer, be suspended for two years from, date. Tho Court also ordered Bradbury to pay £8 Bs, expenses of the investigation.
