(Received August 4, 10 p.m.) LONDON, August 4. Reuter’s Capetown correspondent telegraphs that initial apprehension respecting the Waratah has been relieved by the non-discovery of wreckage. A liner from Durban reports cyclonic weather, with mountainous seas.
