PUBLIC WORKS.
A TENDERS BOARD APPOINTED. (Per Press Association.' ' WELLINGTON, August 6. The Cabinet has decided to appoint a Tenders Board to deal with all tenders received for public works. The Board will consist of the Minister of Public Works, the Under-Secrotary for Public Works, the Engineer-in-Chief, tho General Manager of Railways, and the Government Architect, with the Minister as chairman.
