A FRESH ARGUMENT. AN IMPORTANT BILL. United Press Association— Copyright LONDON, August 6. The uncertainty regarding the missing Lund liner Waratah provides the underwriters with a fresh argument in favor of making wireless apparatus compulsory on all ocean liners. A Bill now before the United States Congress requires wireless equipment, under a heavy penalty, on ocean steamers carrying not less than 50 passengers. Mr Wrinston Churchill is considering the introduction of similar legislation in the House of Commons.
