SITTING AT AUCKLAND. (Per Press Association,? AUCKLAND, August 9. At the Supreme Court to-day, Annie Wishart Forrest sought to obtain a dissolution of her marriage with David Forrest on the ground of desertion. The petitioner said she was a nurse. She married defendant at North Shields in Durban, in 1884 , and had had four children. They came to New Zealand about ten years ago. i Her husband did no work for two years. She tried, every way to get him to work, and eventually took proceedings to compel him to maintain his family. Severn or eight years ago her husband went away, and since then she had never heard from him, and the sole burden of keeping the home together fell upon her. His Honor granted a decree nisi.
