SETTLEMENT OUT OF COUBT

Tt was announced in the Supreme Court to-day that' a settlement had been arrived at in an interesting case that had been listed for hearing, that of Florence Campbell Smith v. Cecil Deanass, claim for £IOOO damages for alleged breach of promise of marriage.
