Mr. Alan Fergusson, son of the late Sir James Fergusson, quitted Creetown, Scotland, in a motor launoh with his wife, two friends, and a chauffeur. [Sir Janies Fergusson was Governor of New Zealand from June, 1873, to December, 1874. He was killed in the earthquake which partially destroyed Kingstown, Jamaica, on January 14, 1907.] .
