CANTERBURY KENNEL CLUB.
' ANNUAL SHOW
|Pick Prkhs Association.] CHRISTCHURCH, August 11. The fourth annual show of tho Canterbury Kennel Club opened to-day. There was a largo attendance. The show is quite the best that tho club has yet arranged, and entries are well ahead of those of recent years. All classes are well represented, and those for tenners are particularly good. Clumber and cocker spaniels are also well represented, and there is a fine showing of bulldogs, competition being very keen. In toy dogs there is a good show, and a great many pugs are entered.
