The representatives of the Poverty Bay Golf Club, who ;aro to play against Napier, left' by the s.s. Victoria last night. . The members of the team, m the order in which they will play, are as follows:—P. Keiha, G. Dodgshun, G. Willock, A. Paku, J. IT. Bull, J. W. Chirnside, W. R. Barker, N. Bull, R. TV dock, F. T. Morgan, TV. A.J. Gibson, TV. F. J. Anderson, P. Barker, S. Murray, TV. B. Willock, Geo. Grant, and H. Barker. The first eight play for the Wilson Cup (challenge). The Napier team is as playiim in the order mentioned: Kuropo Tareha, Rape Tareha, G, F. Thorburn, H. J. Smith, C. D. Kennedy, G. JN. I’harazyn, TV.. G. Wood, Major Gordon, C. L. Gordon, GY F. Hetlcy, H. Peacock, G. M. Norris, N. Kettle, D. RMurray, and TV. Christie. The 'matches are to be played on the Waikohiki links to-morrow afternoon. The Napier team is considered an exceedingly strong one. . , . The Poverty Bay Club’s professional McCormick, accompanied the team, and a match is being arranged between him and Hird, the Napier processional. The following lady players„ left Gisborne in order to see the match, and a o-ame will also be arranged for them against a Napier team: Mrs Morgan, Mrs Traill, Mrs TV. R. Barker, Mrs King, Mrs Willock, Miss de Lautour, 'Miss Nolan, Miss E. Barker, Miss h. Barker, Miss H. Black Miss Bright. The ladies to represent the! Napiei club are: Miss Hindmarsh, Miss Ham-
