POVERTY BAY ROWING CLUB.' A meeting of the Poverty Bay Rowing Club Avas.held at the Cosmopolitan Club. last e'vening. There Avas a large attendance, and Mr. J. Webb (captain) presided. As the Harbor Board has granted permission to the club to build on the site asked for, the members will make a start to pull down the old shed this afternoon, and it is expected that the neAv club-house Avill be finished by the end of September. The sub-com-mittee is getting everything ready for the new club-house. The secretary notified that the members are responding freely with subscriptions, and the debentures are selling Avell.
