TEHERAN, August 18 The ex-Shah’s departure has bt»n postponed owing to the discovery that his private estates in Azerbaigan are largely hypothecated in the Russian Bank for debts contracted when,he was Crown Prince. Nationalists, being anxious to avoid the control of the estates passing to Russian agents, suggest an increase of the pension to the ex-Shah if the control of the estates is ceded, to the Persian Government, which is willing to liquidate the arrears.
