ARBITRATION COURT.

SITTINGS AT NAPIER. (Per Press Association.) NAPIER.. August 23. The Arbitration Court sa there today, with Justice Sim and Mr. J. A. McCullough (employees’ representative) on the bench. In the appeal case Bull Bros, (appellants) v. Inspector of Awards, counsel for respondent expressed a desire to have the matter heard before a properly constituted Court, and it was accordingly adjourned till the sitting of the Court here in November. In the case John Mackie v. Donald Morrison, sawmiller, Mangapuaka, claimant sued for £IOO for injuries to his leg received while driving a. waggon. Counsel for respondent said that .an amicable-arrangement had been arrived at, and his client had. agreed: to pay £BS. The case -was adjourned till the next sitting of the Court, probably in November, to allow a proper settlement to be arrived at. This was all the business taken.
