ANNUAL MEETING.

.[Feu Association.] WOODVILLE, August 25. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Farmers’ Dairy Union was held here this afternoon. There was only a moderate attendance, and Mr. Thomas Parsons, chairman of directors, presided. The balance-sheet showecl that the Union had had a most successful year; 568 tons of butter and 91 tons of cheese had been made,_ a dividend of 5 per cent, paid, and £2513 carried forward, i During the year £7411 had been eliminated from the borrowed capital account, and £11,685 written off for depreciation. The report and balance-sheet were adopted, without any questions being asked. Messrs Parsons and Nash were reelected directors, and Mr, Wilberfoss was re-elected auditor. It was decided that the next annual meeting be held at Eketahuna.
