CYCLONE IN SICILY.
• SIXTY LIVES LOST. United Press Association— Copyright. (Received Setpember 6, 11.15 p.m.) LONDON, Sept. 6. The “Daily Chronicle” reports that a cyclone swept the Catania districts in Sicily, and destroyed 3000 houses at Scordia. ‘Sixty persons were entombed and many injured. Miles of country were denuded of vegetation.
