The natives set upon him and clubbed his brains out, and similarly dealt with the crew. Ten natives, cannibals, near Herbertshohe, captured three natives and killed and ate them. A serious rising is feared among the natives., who massacred Catholic missionaries a few years back. They !have massacred eight natives.
